Gregory L. Latimer, Esquire, is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. He has a diverse practice that includes estate planning and administration, property transactions, as well as business formation, governance, and succession planning. Greg graduated from Messiah College, before attending the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor with distinction. Following law school, Greg served as law clerk to the Honorable David R. Workman of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County. Greg also lends his legal expertise to volunteering in the community, as a local coordinator for the Wills for Heroes program.
Scott Alan Mitchell, Esquire, is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Lancaster County Estate Planning Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Scott’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of estate and trust planning, elder law, long-term care planning, special needs planning and administration for children, adults, and trustees, and the related areas of guardianships, Orphans’ Court and fiduciary matters. Scott graduated from Millersville University, before attending the Regent University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Scott is a frequent speaker and presenter to professional, civic, and church groups on estate planning, long-term care planning, and special needs planning, and has authored numerous articles on these topics. Scott is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Adrian E. Young, Esquire, is a member of the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, New York and American Bar Associations. Adrian’s practice focuses on the creation of business and personal planning strategies designed to minimize tax exposure and maximize client wealth. Adrian graduated with honors from Dickinson College before receiving his Juris Doctor from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University and his Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. Adrian is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York.
